Online Marketing Analytics Manager
DEPARTMENT: Marketing Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing Services
Overall Responsibility:
- Hands‐on role to manage data analysis and provide strategic insights around multichannel online marketing program performance data. Lead in the analysis and reporting around online display advertising, paid search marketing, social media marketing and other online, multichannel marketing campaigns for our clients.
- Use various measurement tools to provide timely in‐depth reporting, analysis, and optimization solutions.
- Work closely with client services and marketing services teams internally and with client(s) to ensure that campaign‐tracking mechanisms are put into place and data collection is functioning correctly.
- Build analytics standards for assessing and reporting the relative efficacy of online marketing programs, including display advertising, online lead generation, paid search and organic search marketing.
- Assist in creating and standardizing online marketing analytics reports for internal and client use, with a focus on online marketing campaign benchmarks, results, trends, and new insights and opportunities.
- Where relevant, address issues associated with measuring offline marketing programs’ impact on, and interrelationships with, online marketing programs. Present findings and recommendations to client(s).
Key Interactions:
- Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Services, and interacts very closely with the marketing services team members to identify and help implement requisite analytics tracking technologies and methodologies.
- Manager will provide leadership to a dedicated Analytics Specialist, also working within our marketing services team.
- Manager works with client service team to ensure that clients understand, approve, and accommodate requirements for ensuring relevant analytics and tracking programs.
- Identifies trends and new innovations in online marketing analytics, and helps build and establish best practices and processes for analytics group.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to translate business objectives and goals into project analytics specification documents.
- 2 ‐ 3 years experience directly involving the development and production of online marketing services analytics strategy, reports, and recommendations.
- Candidate must possess a B.A or B.S. degree in business or marketing.
- Position requires extremely strong data analysis, information organization, infographics and information presentation, and communications skills, as well as very high attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of Excel required and experience with statistical programs like R preferred.
- Experience with digital analytics tools like Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick, and research tools like ComScore required.
- Must exhibit a deep understanding of statistical and mathematical modeling skills.
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of interactive technology and interactive marketing operations.
- Specific training or experience focused on minimally several of the company’s marketing service areas, including SEO, PPC, online display, social media, website metrics, and analytics is required.

Account Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Client Services
REPORTS TO: President & COO
Overall Responsibility:
- The Account Supervisor is responsible for leadership of client services group members working on specific client accounts.
- Serve as lead Account Manager, as well as lead a team of account manager(s) and account executive(s) in successfully and actively managing the entire scope of client engagements.
- Serve as the leader of select client engagements, and is responsible for ensuring that clients are serviced strategically, and to their highest expectation.
- Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) for each client.
- Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity with our clients, and growing our business with our clients. Supervisor will also be called on to help pitch new business.
- Help oversee the professional development of staff members, and will provide coaching and mentorship to develop, empower and achieve superior performance across the department.
- Work with the company’s Director of Marketing Services, to ensure that client deliverables meet specifications and on a performance basis, are successful.
Key Interactions:
- Interacts with Director of Marketing Services to help guide strategy and tactics, and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Supervisor works with account manager(s), account executive(s) and project manager(s) daily.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the account services field within the online advertising or marketing fields required.
- Possess 3 to 5 years experience in online marketing (including paid search, organic search and social media marketing), with knowledge of offline marketing.
- Candidate must possess a B.A or B.S. degree in business or marketing
- Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining client relationships – including client trust and client satisfaction – over a protracted period of time.
- Corporate-side experience useful, agency-side experience mandatory.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret, analyze, and make strong marketing/advertising recommendations.
- Ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, works well with partners and clients.
- High level of motivation and energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, and the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals and talents to complete projects are expected.
- Previous experience managing large corporate clients is considered a strong plus. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large work flow within time constraints is critically essential to the position.

Paid Search Marketing (PPC) Manager
DEPARTMENT: Marketing Services

Overall Responsibility:
- Key areas of Responsibility include:
- a) PPC strategy & positioning of clients;
- b) content authoring & technical Solutions;
- c) research;
- d) reporting and PPC-based analytics;
- e) training & marketing of PPC Services.
- The Manager of Paid Search Marketing (PPC) provides leadership to an internal team of PPC experts and other SEM experts.
- The manager is responsible for achieving accuracy and high quality in producing client-focused work products, including programs and analysis, to exceed client expectations.
- This position is also responsible for developing high quality talent within the PPC team, managing resources, and driving ongoing processes enhancements.
- In this role, he/she will serve as the champion and subject matter expert for search optimization and ensure compliance to search-friendly web design, technology and marketing at clients.
- Also a participant in developing the strategic approach, supporting documentation and plan overviews, and other recommendations for new business development opportunities.
Primary Interactions:
- The Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Services, with whom the Manager partners to execute on client deliverables, receiving high level support, assistance in resource management, and strategic guidance in program development and implementation.
- This role requires cross-department collaboration, communication and coordination with marketing services team members, as well as client services team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience with an online marketing services group or agency;
- 2+ years in a manager-level role.
- Candidate must possess a B.A or B.S. degree in business or marketing.
- Ability to present to clients and internal teams is essential.
- Experience managing an internal client deliverable production team within online marketing services is required.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously a requirement.
- Manager must have prior experience with ongoing process improvement. Position requires deep knowledge of major search engines, including Google, Bing, Yahoo!, ASK, and how paid search marketing is effected with each.
- Manager must have hands-on experience with, and expert-level knowledge of, Omniture, Google Analytics and other paid search tools.
