
William Gaultier: Partner/co-founder/CEO
William advises clients on market research and interactive marketing initiatives in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has 16 years experience as a consultant and corporate executive, with in-depth knowledge of interactive marketing in the business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and international sectors.
Before starting e-Storm, William created an interactive marketing practice for The Hoffman Agency, a global communications firm with offices throughout the U.S, Europe, and Asia. He developed and implemented awareness-building programs for companies such as NetGear, think3, and National Semiconductor, and played an active role in Hoffman's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.
William's background also includes experience at White+Company, a division of BBDO, where he used his Internet expertise to promote new avenues for business ventures and product launches. Clients included Victoria's Secret, IKON Office Solutions, Access Health, Aurigin (formerly SmartPatents), and The Limited. He also led regional public relations, marketing, and internal communication activities for Thomson Multimedia (RCA/GE Consumer Electronics' parent company) in the Asia Pacific region, directing the successful introductions of Thomson brands and products in nine countries throughout the region.
As a marketing executive at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, William developed and implemented programs for the Coca-Cola Company, Allstate, The Ford Foundation, and the MacArthur Foundation.

Nancy Riveong: Partner/co-founder/COO/CFO
A native of Jakarta, Indonesia, Nancy has more than 13 years experience in international marketing on both the corporate and agency side. Nancy advises e-Storm's clients on strategy, creative, and the development of Word of Mouth Marketing campaigns. With the rest of the management team, she develops new services to continuously serve clients' needs. In addition to her strategic and creative role, Nancy acts as e-Storm's CFO for the company.
Before launching e-Storm, Nancy was a web design and marketing consultant for KaosPilot University in Denmark, where she was responsible for the university's image and marketing efforts in San Francisco. Nancy's other clients included CITI Translations and Tsuchiya Sloneker Communications. Nancy was also a co-founder of ProNetshares, a San Francisco-based computer-system-integration company, whose clients included the San Francisco Transportation Authority, San Francisco Archdiocese, MRI Research, and Revenue Magazine. Her responsibilities included management of new business development, marketing communications, and client programs.
Prior to ProNetShares, Nancy was a program manager for the French-American Chamber of Commerce, and a marketing executive at Jones Lang Wooten, a UK based global real estate and project management firm, for the Santa Maria Country Club Development in Marbella, Spain. Nancy earned a B.A. in International Relations from Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. She is fluent in Indonesian, Spanish, Italian, English, and French.
Lisa McGuire: Director, Business Development
Lisa is heading up global new business initiatives for e-Storm International. She has over 20 years experience as a sales and marketing executive, with extensive knowledge of B2B and B2C lead generation and online marketing including the content syndication and video space.
Lisa started her career with an advertising agency in 1988 working in the high-tech sector with products in aerospace engineering and design, cleanroom and semiconductor manufacturing and electronic components. She moved to the client side in 1991.
She has led sales and marketing teams in retail banking, travel and leisure, software, publishing, healthcare and content syndication. Notable achievements in her career include (with her team): launching California’s first online banking project, becoming American Express Platinum’s first golf travel supplier, developing the first SaaS product for searchable electronic content for the publishing industry and most recently launching a video portal for B2B lead generation.
Prior to joining, Lisa was a client of e-Storm for more than 5 years while leading product marketing for Fair Isaac’s Enterprise Decision Management team.
Lori Matthews: Management Supervisor
Lori brings 15 years of experience managing advertising and marketing campaigns. She has worked on business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts. She has extensive knowledge on how integrated campaigns work for clients with a thorough understanding of traditional and online advertising, as well as media strategy and planning.
Prior to e-Storm, Lori worked at Grey, J. Walter Thompson, Modem Media, Publicis, Foote, Cone & Belding, Wunderman Cato Johnson, Campbell-Ewald and Leo Burnett. Clients included Autodesk, Toyota, Adobe, Mercedes-Benz, Infineon Technologies, Intel, AT&T, Intuit, Levi’s, Mattel, Chevrolet and Oldsmobile. She has also worked for Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual and Charles R. Schwab.
Lori holds Bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Psychology from Michigan State University.
Nicole Reber: Senior Account Executive
Nicole brings four years of experience developing powerful and relevant traditional and online marketing strategies. She dedicates herself to clients' best interests, placing a strong emphasis on organization, process and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. She is committed to managing and supporting campaigns that enable businesses to connect with a substantial business or consumer audience.
Nicole joined the e-Storm team after spending two years leading online and offline marketing strategies and projects for Fidelity Ventures, Biz360, SpikeSource and Humboldt Creamery at Bravo! Marketing.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Design and a minor in architecture from Iowa State University.
Daniel Riveong: Social Media Strategist
Daniel has nearly ten years of experience in the online marketing space, running from the full gamut of online design to viral marketing. His current focus is in executing an integrated approach to search (PPC and SEO) and social media marketing campaigns.
He works with the e-Storm search marketing team and has managed search marketing campaigns for Hewlett-Packard, Wells Fargo & Co, Hoffman Agency, Sutter Home Winery and National University among many others.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations (Security Studies) from San Francisco State University.
Jai Decker: Digital Media Strategist
Jai is currently responsible for providing the strategic vision of paid advertising and development strategies for e-Storm’s clients. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked in San Francisco, New York and London, focusing on advertising delivery within Gaming, Mobile, Internet, and iTV technologies.
Prior to joining e-Storm, Jai served as Group Search Director of Ogilvy where he oversaw clients such as Kodak, SAP and IBM. In London, he worked with Expedia UK and Falk eSolutions assisting clients manage, sell and strategize their display and search advertising. In New York, he worked for Eyeblaster, i-Advertising and 24/7 Media.
Jai attended the University of California at Berkeley where he studied Computer Science and DePaul University where he studied International Communications.
Robert Yang: Search Marketing Strategist
Since joining e-Storm in 2006 Robert has provided search marketing strategies in the areas of web content and architecture, PPC management, copy development and blogger outreach. Currently he provides strategy and planning with a holistic approach to online marketing where SEO and PPC campaigns operate in tandem.
Robert works with e-Storm’s online marketing team and has managed search marketing campaigns for Karen Neuberger, National University, and Vayama.
Previous to e-Storm Robert has worked at Continental Realty Advisors in Irvine, CA as an analyst in real estate markets and as Business Development Associate for Hotkeys (now part of Demand Media) in San Francisco.
Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of California at Irvine and is fluent in German.
