
This position is located in the San Francisco office only.
This account supervisor will work closely with internal and external teams to develop strategic & tactical online market research, paid search, organic search, social media marketing and online advertising/direct response efforts carried on behalf of clients. This person will also support campaigns and assignments from our International offices.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Supervisor, you will:
• Provide strong leadership and direction for all internal team members
• Manage multiple clients, as well as project teams (creative, organic search, paid search, social media marketing, media, production, partners)
• Manage client expectations and build strong relationships by enriching the relationship beyond what’s expected
• Take overall financial ownership of projects and be able to manage and maintain budget control for all short/long term assignments
• Work with SEO, Paid Search and Social Media teams to understand their strategies, recommend them to clients and manage the reporting back to the client
• Work with account team to develop campaign strategy, select and recommend media, determine timing, and placement of materials and estimate costs
• Manage day-to-day operation of campaigns and project management, ensuring that all online media placements are on budget and on schedule
• Be able to analyze campaign performance and pro-actively improve campaign performance
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising, marketing or a similar industry required
• 3 to 5 years experience in online advertising (including paid search, organic search and social media marketing), with knowledge of offline marketing
• Corporate side experience useful, agency side necessary
• Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret, analyze, and make strong marketing/advertising recommendations
• Ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
• Proven track record of creating engaging, different yet successful advertising/marketing campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills, work well with partners and clients
• Able to work under deadline
• High level of motivation and energy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Team player. Ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals and talents to complete projects
• Willingness to train and mentor others
