Traffic Manager

This position is located in the San Francisco office only.

We are currently looking for an experienced Ad Traffic Manager/campaign analyst. Working closely with agency’s internal and external team, the Traffic Manager/campaign analyst’s primary responsibilities are campaign implementation, reporting and optimization for all agency’s clients’ display ads and search campaigns.

Responsibilities:

As a Traffic Manager/campaign analyst, you will:
- Effectively manage online campaign launch, including the scheduling, insertion order implementation, delivery, tracking and reporting
- Schedule and book ad campaigns into the ad server
- Perform QA, test creative, trouble shoots and manage changes
- Generate daily statistic reports from display ad servers and search engine optimization and search engine analytics tools for internal and client use
- Analyze campaign performance ensure full delivery and optimize daily to maximize performance
- Provide in-depth analysis on online campaign (banner, sponsor and other ad partner advertising) performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and pro-actively alerting the Account team when programs deviate from projections
- Perform website analysis using tools such as WebTrends, on site performance, Page view, Bounce Rates, Time on Site, Visitors, etc.

Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years hands-on experience in interactive agency
- 1 year to 3 years of ad trafficking experience
- Strong background and experience with optimizing ads
- Passion for quantitative analysis and optimizing
- Familiar with web analytics software, such as WebTrends, Urchin, HitBox, SiteCatalyst
- Familiar with ad serving systems, including one or more of the following ad-serving tools: DART, Atlas, Ad Juggler
- Focused, detail oriented, organized task manager
- Strong interpersonal skills, work well with partners and clients
- Able to work under deadline. High level of motivation and energy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideal candidate will have flexibility to work into full-time
