They were the first online shopping portal to offer cash rebates on every purchase, essentially making them the starting point for a majority of e-commerce traffic. For 3 years, e-Storm worked with ebates.com to get under the skin - and into the psyches - of its customers. This collaboration has led to a deeper understanding of customer interests, needs, and shopping habits.
