Situation:

  • Target consumers by Internet access point (web, mobile, iPad, iPhone).
  • Drive both online sales and to-store visits.

Strategy & Tactics:

  • Test and expand paid search marketing as a lead channel.
  • Grow revenues without using branded terms.
  • Monitor and optimize paid search program elements (keywords, match types, conversion rates, etc.) to increase margin.
