Situation
GHM hotels wanted to increase awareness of Setai and Heritage House hotels across the web and refresh the sites based on GHM brand guidelines.
Strategy
e-storm analyzed the GHM sites for cohesion with GHM brand and against competition in the same space. We also reviewed the sites’ content against competitors.
Solutions
Based on our findings we recommended a revamp of the sites to more closely match the GHM Hotels brand. We created new content that was optimized for search engines and developed an email campaign to promote awareness.
Results
Heritage House’s keyword rankings in the top 3 search engines increased 68%, and search engine referred sessions increased by +30% of all traffic. The Heritage House bookings on the new site increased tenfold. In just one month, The Setai saw a 33% boost in search engine traffic.
